What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the Silver Sneakers especially the Tai Chi and then one of the other exercise days such as Wednesday. I enjoy being with others during those times.

Thank you for the programs that I use. I have recommended the program before.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Y+ studio classes.

My kids had a blast at basketball. Compared to other sports programs we’ve done, I loved how fairly the kids were treated.

I appreciate the Christian atmosphere. I am aware that I am stronger and more flexible as a result of the silver sneakers classes. I enjoy the fellowship of others with whom I share a common Bond.
