The management team is awesome. They really take care of the members. The STEP Aerobics instructor teaches a great class, everyone gets a very good workout.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I only work out, have not really taken advantage of your programs. However my grandchildren are involved in your youth sports programs, and very well run program. I really enjoy the staff and other who come to the Y making it a very friendly environment.

Everyone is always friendly and responsive to my requests. Very easy to work with in person and through the portal.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We just enjoy the Silver Sneaker program. It keeps us limber and works on balance and flexibility. We also work with weights and strengthening. All a round fitness.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

All levels of skill are encouraged. My son’s coach, Luke, is absolutely incredible with the kids!! He leads, encourages, and teaches. I’m amazed!!

I appreciate the workout equipment. I'm not involved in any programs. My grandchildren are in the basketball program. I like how that is handled.

Everything!! Some people go to a bar after work. I go to the Y. The employees and regular gym rats there have become part of our family.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

You have a therapy pool with temperatures around 92 degrees! Old folks don’t like cold water to do water aerobics in……it’s the best feeling to walk down that ramp into that warm water! Especially in the winter months!

The weight room and pools, although it would be nice to have a larger span of hours later in the day for the pools
