First of all, the Y is a most welcoming place.
I love the variey of activies for all ages. Being a senior, I enjoy seated volleyball, and also the exercise class at 2:00 upstairs Monday through Friday. Ms Louise is a wonderful instructor.

We been playing at the ymca since my daughter was 4 years old. She’s now 9. We love Ms Alice and everything she does for the families.

I went to a dance class and the regular instructor was out. The stand in didn't say anything, She started the music and they got up and started dancing. Nothing..... no this dance is called......nothing none of that....
