Love the Y Studio small group classes. Just wish there were more options for them in the evenings.
Love the instructors for 9:00 and 11:00 water aerobics! Desk receptionists always friendly and smiling. Positive ambiance.
Classes are available for all ages and levels of fitness.
I like the more active senior classes like Lisa's L.I.F.E class (excellent class, no 2 classes are the same but always with the goal of making people stronger and improving life functioning skills), social activities for seniors, and I have attended some Zumba and the no longer existing Boom class; While my attendance is very regular at the 8:15 class, my attendance is poor at the classes offered later in the day because of other activities. I know there is a place for Silve Sneakers chair classes but there is also a place for the more active senior classes which are easier on joints than Les Miles, etc. I also would like to see a gentle non paid yoga class which would involve a mat. I took one at Oasis and it was great...but Oasis didn't make it through COVID. Activities were very similar to the chair yoga classes but adapted to work on the mat as well as standing....no chair involved. Lot of stretching and twisting. I go to the chair yoga classes because something is better than nothing...but miss my gentle senior mat yoga class.
Finally. Thank you for bringing back the senior social activities. Social connections are important and there are some pretty nice people that come to the Y. Thank you for bringing them back.
I really love the in person classes, the instructors are all friendly and helpful and cheerful, they make it so fun and not intimidating.
Was just what I was looking for in an exercise/health management facility.
There is somethong for every fitness level and every fitness interest
Love the class and exercise room
I enjoy the water classes in the program pool. I need the warmer temp as I have arthritis. I’m happy they are considering adding more classes like the water yoga classes on Fridays. I am able to spend more time at the Y socializing and working out, and less time alone in physical therapy.

The classes offered, and the instructors are amazing. They're motivational, patient, explain options for different levels of work out.

I love the water programs for active older adults. I recently had a knee replacement and am scheduled for another one next year. These programs allow me to stay active. I also appreciate the friendly and caring staff.
