The very qualified trainers provide instruction and encouragement that is motivational to meet your goals. The gym and pool areas are well maintained. There is a wide variety of programs. Instructors and participants make sure you feel welcome and understand the class. Everyone is friendly.

It is the accepting and encouraging spirit of the staff that make it what it is. The facility itself is terrific and well maintained. Great parking and accessibility…what more could one ask for!

We have not participated in any programs yet, but we greatly appreciate the beautiful facilities, including all the upgrades in the weight room and new furniture. All the staff, also, have been friendly and helpful.

Availability is incredible! All questions are answered with respect & help is offered to further your health. Only thing that is missing from this facility is an indoor walking track.
