I love my water aerobics class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays! Stephanie Mahler provides a variety of workouts to keep us moving and interested as we exercise.
I enjoy seeing all of the children who attend various classes at the Y, too. They seem to be very engaged in their activities.
