I love the exercise machines that make it so much fun. It's like playing the old pac man video game. The machines are great for older folks like me (I'm 69) and you can get a trainer to show you how to use them. They help you select preferences for you so that every time you log into each machine with your YMCA wristband it automatically knows your specifications. How many reps, weights you use and keeps track of your progress.
Well organized and frequent classes
I like doing the eGYM on Tuesday and Thursday.
I do Y360 at home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We have had our son in futsol and soccer for the last several years. We have enjoyed the YMCA coaches in each one, especially Kevin. They are all great with the kids and focus on teamwork and good sportsmanship.
Water aerobics
Very happy with the swim program and how well it is run each year. This is definitely a community building program and My daughter even looks forward to the practices!

The brand new this women's director for the swim team is the most dedicated young man We have came across and a very long time! All the swim instructors are very good and they care about the children. I think that they need to be paid accordingly, I think that's why there was such a high turnover rate because the pay was so low, so I hope that you were taking the correct steps and increasing their wages due to the inflation and cost of living so they can enjoy their lives outside of what they truly love to do.

I was so impressed at how quickly Stephanie called me after I told the desk I was interested in private adult swim lessons. And Robin is a fantastic instructor. It has been a great experience. I only recently joined the Y but am impressed so far.

eGYM machines
The facility is amazing. All the amenities are wonderful. I use the pool and it was beautiful. The people who work there were all very friendly and helpful.
Love the instructors of the silver sneakers circuit classes and the senior dance class. I love that they don't treat us like we are feeble old people that aren't capable of doing the hard stuff.
