Great teachers, lovely rooms, accommodating times, warm and welcoming, friendly, friendly, friendly, considerate of everyone in the class and always reminding us not to push ourselves if anything is too hard or does not feel comfortable. I love the pool. It’s clean lifeguards are friendly lap swimming is Supported and sharing lanes is very easy in the beautiful pool.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I only currently use the pools for low impact exercise for my connective tissue disease, but I love the facilities, ease of access to the pools, the warmth/temperature of the program pool, and the two classes I have attended intermittently - the morning arthritis class and the noon LIFE cardio. LIFE with Tanya is so fun and she's fabulous! I'm the youngest person that I've seen in the class by about 30 years but everyone is so kind and welcoming. I just really love the whole environment at the Y!
