What do you like about our programs and activities?

The only thing I do at the Y is swim laps and on occasion sit in the sun at the outdoor pool. We also bring our grandchildren to swim about once or twice a year (they live out of state). I am so glad that our Y has a lap and a rec pool as well as the outdoor pool.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the Fort Benjamin YMCA. Although I understand the issue with lifeguards. The pool should be open for some period of time on Sundays during the summer for the kids and their families. I am a lap swimmer so not being open on a Sunday is not that big off a deal for me but it should be open for the kids. The other issue I have is follow up if a request is made on Facebook or in person it needs to be followed up on so that people do not get discouraged with Customer Service. A positive or negative response is better than none at all.

Gym open early and closes late so working members can go before or after work.
I take advantage of fitness classes and cycling classes also.

I love cardio dance , body pump and body flow . I also work part time in the wellness center . I enjoy the family atmosphere and teamwork here

The cardio and weights areas are excellent and the staff are the staff are the friendliest group of people. Especially the front desk ladies!!! I love them :)
