I am in water aerobics. I love the class.
I like the Les Mills video classes (both in MRA and Cycle Studio) because they are available throughout the day. This allows me to do a class when my schedule permits. I also like the Christian emphasis, and the e-Gym machines.
I love the water aerobics teachers and classes. There is something for everyone there. The facility is clean and well taken care of.

So far, all I've used is the water aerobics. They are very well done.
AOA classes and swimming (in the summer). I wish you offered Jazzercise or another low-impact class like it.
The only program I attend is water aerobics and I LOVE IT!
The instructors “know their stuff” and are good leaders. It’s the only exercise I have been able to keep up with and look forward to going to on a regular basis.

I like the Senior Circuit machines are preset for me.
I really enjoy the excellent shallow water aerobics! The staff always seems to be friendly and helpful!. The locker rooms appear clean and well maintained.etc.
