What do you like about our programs and activities?

Large variety of perks for all including someone like myself who is trying to improve my health after experiencing a ( left side ) stroke in February . 1st time trainer to get one accustom to the machines . My daughter is visually impaired and yet she is welcomed as well with the E program ! The E band takes the guess work out of being able to learn to work the machines effectively as well as safely .

The staff is very friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. We enjoy the water aerobics classes very much!

I like the free lockers, I like the childcare while you workout. I like that even though it is an old facility the equipment is good and you get the new equipment and types of equipment.
