I love that I do not have to stress or worry about childcare when I need to relieve stress and workout. I love how available and accessible programs are and I also love how friendly the staff are at this location.

What I like about the Avondale Meadows YMCA is the convenience the new exercise equipment the gymnasium and and showers are great

I appreciate the early hours of availability in the workout area. I am just getting started with the circuit of exercises. I like how the machines are situated, getting a workout that is balanced for my body's needs. I have learned alot, still learning and feel comfortable doing so.
The staff from the front door to the inside workout area are always very welcoming. That really makes a difference. Give them a shout out for sharing a good spirit.
