I went to the Newmarket location by chance because I needed a haircut badly and the place I usually went to was busy. I entered the place without any expectations.
The first impression was great, everyone was welcoming and professional. Again, I was assigned to Ruby by chance. She was warm, experienced and fast. It is a year now that I have become a regular.

The MVP service is great! Whichever stylist is normally a great stylist for me, and it reduces wait time. The app needs work to be better and more accurate, but when it works as it should, its a good app for easy check in. I don't know why there's a high turnaround at the Grande Prairie location, but it would be nice to have more stable stylists. Other than that, I always recommend Sports Clips to my friends and Family.
