Friendly efficient staff - excellent customer service. Destiny consistently gives me a great haircut each time I visit my local Sports Clip location.
Convenient booking. I love that I can see wait times on line and then put myself in queue to avoid waiting in the salon. Hair stylist also very friendly and does a great job cutting my hair. In the past, I have found that some of the stylists rush my hair cut and their dine in under 10 minutes. I now request my stylist as I find that she spends a little more time to cut my hair the way I want and does a great job.
It is a great service with the MVP and double hot towel wrap and head/shoulder massage...that little extra we all need.
