What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the yoga classes. The instructors are very good, with clear I instruction. The workout area provides good equipment from free weights mats, bosu ball, TRX and aerobic/circuit equipment. The Y meets all my fitness needs. And front desk staff is very friendly and helpful

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Melody was great with my recent orientation after a long gym absence. The couple of yoga classes I’ve taken were excellent and I look forward to trying the fitness classes as my work schedule permits.

I am so happy with the yoga and exercise classes! The teachers are excellent, as is the variety offered. As a delighted new member, I plan to try everything!
