Member Testimonials
I am a senior and love senior classes. I go to one every day Monday to Friday. The substitute Carla is the best of all of them. She really works us for all 45 min and is always prepared with what she wants to do!!
I have had a regular teacher and she is good but seems a bit stale and repetitive and talks all about her personal life and brought her dog to class. The dog was cute but she paid too much attention to her and the dog sniffed on our purses and water bottles. I think it was inappropriate. I also tried the newly formed senior class in the smaller room but very little movement and crowded. I have a Y in PA that is so new with walking track and many pools. This facility needs to be expanded including more parking. We park across the street. When that business sells then unsure where we will park. My husband uses the weight room and seems happy there.
Good classes and machines.

Love the classes
The variety of classes for active older adults early during the mornings.
Instructors that understand the needs of active older adults and a willingness to assist when it's needed.
The YMCA staff are visible, friendly and helpful.
Thoroughly enjoy all the Y staff members. Donna at the front desk, Ciara & Lacy as instructors. Cynthia is wonderful as well but unfortunately now that the weather has gotten warmer, I'm doing outdoor activities on those days. And of course I can't forget Annia in my praises. Sweetest most caring person..........

Good trainers, equipment always in good order, facility very clean.
Very good instructors and a variety of classes. I especially like the yoga classes. It also helps that with my health insurance, as a senior, I don't need to pay for individual classes.
The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable about the programs they are teaching. They provide daily tips to aide us, also they are willing to speak to us individually to provide suggestions to incorporate the lesson in daily use. I love gentle yoga!

I enjoy the classes. I also appreciate that new ones are added as needed. Allowing guests to use the gym helps me not have to skip my class when relatives are here for the holidays.
