Fun and a great work out. Jan is amazing..her water ex classes are always different. The hour goes so fast!

Variety of exercise classes and staff friendliness.

I think you need to see which classes fill up quickly and determine whether you need to have a larger room or more classes like it through out the day for members to go to. I love the Les Mills Body Pump and Grit classes. I would consider taking spin again if it was in a different room. It’s a small cave in there and the participants get way too hot and sweaty for the size of the room. It’s really unappealing. I think that dark room would be more suited to yoga.

The group class instructers are great. The facility is clean and staff are friendly.

Great variety of workout options. Sometimes hard to pre register for popular group fitness 36 hours in advance.

Cardio Drumming is the best most fun way to exercise. Love it!!!

There is an excellent workout area with great equipment. A nice pool and basketball court area with plenty of space.
