I just love the Les Mills classes held at the YMCA. You show up, have an instructor and you work for an hour, at the pace for you while getting an excellent workout. An hour a day 4 -6 times a week and you stay in shape!
I especially like the elliptical running machines which provide good heart excersize and are easy on the feet.
I am trying to get at least an hour of work out every day and enjoy the free coffee that is available for before and after workouts. I like the fact that a good variety of machines and weights are available for working out most all of my muscles.     
The other people working out in the gym tend to be respectful to us older members and are often helpful when help is needed.
Instructors are knowledgeable, many options and on-line registration is available
The variety of classes and the instructors. My favorite instructor is Debbie Marz, she is knowledgeable, works us hard (but carefully), includes variety and her classes are always fun! I’m always surprised when class is over, because I’ve lost track of time!
So many to choose from. Instructors are knowledgable. Participants are friendly and not cliquey.

I attend two different exercise programs as often as I can. I can register and check online so it's easy to sign up. 
The facility is clean and accommodating.
The instructors are knowledgeable and accommodate to our skill level.

I would love more fast paced Zumba at 5 pm weekdays and Zumba during the weekend at later times. Thanks!

The help is friendly and do their jobs . The facilities are clean and kept up. And at the moment not crowded,so much as to make going there unpleasant.
Great instructors
I have only used the weights and cardio.
So far I like it much better than the other gyms around. The temperature is good, the air and cleaner, etc. 
Some of the machines drag a bit, could use some lubrication or cleaning. But most are good. 
Generally a good atmosphere. 
 
Plenty of space and equipment in the exercise area and plenty of open hours to use them.

The instructors of fitness classes are amazing! They start and end on time and are always conscious of healthy practices. They take the time to speak to each person and provide modifications.
 
   
  
I usually sign up for all the spin, body pump and Yoga classes. The instructors are very good. I do, however, wish the amount of time to register for classes was back to the 36 hours prior process and not the new 24 hours process.
