Initially the welcoming front desk staff that begins with a greeting is a nice gesture.
The options if staff is available for leading exercise classes is a plus. Although it would be nice to have some additional class space as during snowbird season options become too crowded.

Nice facility with plenty of "elbow room". Nice selection of equipment on the workout floor. Staff is courteous and friendly and some great members attend there regularly.

Englewood YMCA has great classes and instructors. People are friendly and welcoming.

There s so many things to do with a Y membership!
I like all the classes, some days I do 3-4 hours. I like being able to go to both Englewood and Venice. I appreciate that the Y offers several classes to help people with Parkinson Disease.
Very friendly group at this Y. Have been to other branches and people are not nearly as helpful or friendly. Englewood almost all the staff are wonderful. Great classes and trainers. Also the desk help and even the cleaning crew all deserve a shout out. I have recommended this Y to everyone I know and like because I want them to be a part of a great community.
