I like all the classes, especially the Parkinson oriented classes. I go to Spinning for Parkinson, Rock Steady boxing, and Parkinson exercise class. I also go to Cardio Drumming, Zumba Gold, Active older Balance class, Enhanced Fitness, and Core Strength class. I love Chair Yoga on Friday at Port Charlotte. Most days I leave for the Y about 9 and don't get home until almost 4. All the staff at the Y are awesome. I fight Parkinson's with as much exercise as I can do -- The Y is a godsend for me!

Although limited classes are available (due to Ian), the Englewood Y is really trying their best. Great instructors! Just which they would clean the green room floor more often.

Did a fitness challenge when I first joined. It really helped me realize how important an exercise routine is. I think that’s the reason I regularly use the Y even a year after.
