I did the belly dancing and loved it. The instructor was fun. It was easy to jump in and learn ant my own pace.

We really like the facility- good equipment- we got to try the new machines- we travel down from Michigan and use the Y in Englewood for March. Love it!!

I think my trainer Valerie is getting me on the right track to help with muscle strength and ambition to keep it up. Very great full to her. Impressed with the new machines.

YOu have so many activities that everyone can find something that appeals to them. I see so many people being social to each other. It does shut the world full of problems out for the time you are in the building. Good job.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Pools, gym courts, fitness classes and weights. There isn’t anything I desire that the Y cannot provide at their locations. I also like having the ability to visit multiple locations
