There is a wide variety of classes for many levels of fitness. The instructors are dedicated to the members and make exercising fun. The new machines are easy to use and the trainers are always helpful.

I really like the new machines and the layout of everything. I want to take part in some of the programs as soon as I can work out a schedule. I like all the different programs offered.

Love cardio drumming with Deb and Barb. Love body pump with Lesley and love Zumba with David and Charlotte. Staff is so welcoming. (Darlene)
