Cardio Splash is great. It is such a good workout with reliable and fun instruction. I have done chair yoga too and found it helpful and thoughtfully led. Lunch and Learns were good last year...haven't experienced yet since I have been back this winter. It must be really hard to continually welcome newcomers or returners to classes in winter, and I think you all do that well. It is nice to come to the Y and feel seen.

You have great spin and yoga instructors at the Englewood YMCA in Florida. There are also several classes to choose from throughout the week.
The YMCA is the best! From the people at the front desk to the people on the floor, everyone is welcoming and if you need something, the staff will always help. Keith and Darby and the best!

This YMCA facility is very clean, friendly and complete with a broad range of programs, activities, equipment that is in perfect working order. I've recommended it to many friends and relatives that have also joined.

not using any programs or activities. We use the facilities 3 times a week and its always clean and the equipment is well maintained

The Inglewood Y has a excellent work force, and its staff Maintains the equipment and facility extremely well. its a pleasure to visit and kept very neat & clean.
