I’ve only done body pump and cardio boxing classes. I love both of them and the instructors (Jen O & Jen S) are motivating, fun and are very good at giving instructions to ensure proper body alignment

You have wide range of machines and free weights and all of the people have been very friendly

We have excellent instructors. We could use more 5lb and 6 lb weights in the aerobic room.

Well organized group activities and exercises
My favorite is being greeted by name by the always cheerful and kind, Monique. I love the pickle ball courts, classes & the gym. I wish there was a more clear understanding of open play time at Pickleball. When we lived in Venice, you would put your paddle in a holder and they would pick your paddle to play next. It was so fun and easy to join in with a group when arriving solo! I took a lesson with one of your teachers and she was amazing! I looked again and I don’t see her on the schedule. Thank you.
I love the exercise classes, body pump, core strength, yoga etc…I do wish the schedule for the classes was better to be able to do a couple in a row that I like. I would love a pickleball class to learn and be able to play with classmates with instructor.
We love the facilities in general. I love the AOA classes. Used to use the pool and do love it just got too busy.
Staffing is great from instructors to front desk to custodial. All extremely pleasant and helpful!!
Nice to have the gym and the pool. The programs for adults are good although we don’t use them.

I like the basketball league but I think the Intermediate league should be 35 years and older to play.

Pickleball
I like the variety of programs you offer, for all ages and abilities. I like the weight room. It’s set up well and easy to use. Everyone is friendly too. After knee surgery this past December, I’ve used the stationary bike and the elliptical trainer to help my knee heal and get stronger. It’s helped a lot with my recovery.
The instructors are terrific - great personalities paired with tremendous knowledge and true motivators.
The Y offers a large selection of classes from
Challenging Les Mills classes to active older adults classes, in addition to Aqua classes. There are many instructors to support you on your wellness journey. The goals are explained and instructions are given to modify the exercises based on your abilities. Frequent encouragement helps to keep you on track and moving. I live in a community that has a gym and classes, but it doesn't compare to the reinforcing atmosphere of the Y and the large, diverse selection of classes.
