Instructors are very good.
Good choice of activities.
We’ll maintained and clean facilities.
Particularly like the yoga classes.
they are geared for all age groups. The active older adults classes are great. The instructors are well educated in dealing with the type of exercise programs to fit the type of class. Of course, the Parkinson's class is a terrific program.
Folks at the help desk really friendly and helpful. Lots of workout equipment. Place is kept clean and neat.

The classes are great and I cannot speak enough about Jen S and Jen O for what a great job they do. They are great motivators and I Love the way they change up the class each time.
I would also like yo give a shout out to Betsy Matthew’s for doing a great job in organizing the Pickleball league on Mon. & Thurs.
I love body pump and yoga. The instructors are upbeat and fun and very reliable. I like to know that there’s going to be a class when I get up and arrive.
Well organized
Highly professional instructors in all the classes and for pickleball lessons and leagues. All instructors I have had have been excellent in their area of expertise. They are personable and caring. They read the room/group to know how to appropriately move forward. They listen to our needs.
I love the exercise classes! Our instructors -Jen O and Jen S -are outstanding and motivating!
Equipment
So many different programs for so many different levels. Bonita Springs facility is wonderful and so are the staff.
Exercise area is clean and bright and easy to use. Building is well taken care of and maintained.
Extra programs are offered the suit a variety of members needs.
The availability of childcare for adults needing to exercise is a great great idea!
I am in no program right now,I spoke with Rebecca a week ago, she called me. It is a long story . I was in the bowling class , My Daughter arranged it while she was visiting while my husband was out of town. When she left the last day she was swimming and not in class with me. I had a little fall but continued anb wwen I left the front staff told me that the Instructors and helper said that I can't come back unless I have a so called corner person, I was shocked and embarrassed in front of all the people upfront. My Dr. From tell said that I should return. But I was to embarest Never the less my condition worsend because I missed that exercise which specialized for Parkinson's despise. I may said to much .but it finally came oll. Out.
I love your Body Pump classes, your Pickleball classes, the gym, the water aerobics classes. There is nothing I don't like about the YMCA programs. Everyone is friendly. The culture is inviting. I recommend it to all my friends.
I like the equipment.
I’ve only just joined and just I’m starting to sign up for training sessions with Margaret.
I just joined and really not able to offer anything of any value at this point. I've only been to the exercise room so far. It seems well run with a lot of activities for people younger than over 80 like me.
The staff has always been friendly and courteous during my visits.
Love the classes and the friendly staff! Some of the equipment needs updating and more items and don’t understand why they can’t seem to get the a/c fixed in the exercise room, it’s been way too long 🥵🥵. But I would recommend the Y to everyone.
Love the pool and yoga classes
Wish the pool had longer hours

Well organized Y. Good programs and activities run by qualified instructors. Also, very clean facility.
