The ease of becoming a member, the quality of the instructors in the group fitness classes, the simplicity of signing up for a class online. As usual, as with other Y’s, this place makes me feel good the minute I step in the door!

Great app to communicate with YMSA related to classes, making reservations, getting updates about events, as per experience I have very nice and professional teasers, yoga and Barr.

Jen O is an amazing instructor. She remembers everyone’s names and details about our lives, even those of us who are seasonal. We take her BodyPump classes and she does a fantastic job.

The classes are wonderful and led by very friendly expert people! I regularly attend Camille’s yoga class. She really inspires me and is so encouraging and kind.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Feels like I have the workout room all to myself most days. Then yoga alone in a huge room, a game of PIG solo; a whole gym to myself. And I’m usually the only person at the pool. It’s like my own private club!
