Well organized. Professionally run and great facilities
I love the group exercise classes. Jen O and Jen S who do some of the classes are suburb. They are personable and knowledgeable in the classes they teach.

The weight room and aerobic machines are excellent. They have a full range of equipment. Trainers are available to design programs and provide guidance. The management and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel I have accomplished something after a workout😃

The variety of activities and programs offered, the quality of the facility (pickleball courts, fitness equipment, lap pool, overall areas...), the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the highly skilled coaches (pickleball), and the value for money (fabulous!).
