Frequency and instructors

There is a program for everybody. The people there are fabulous from the front desk to the trainers, even to the patrons. Everybody is so nice and so friendly.
I’ve belonged to four gyms in Punta Gorda in the 12 years that I’ve been here. None of the gyms have been as fun to be at as the Y. As soon as I started coming here three years ago, I knew I found a home.Its fun to be at the Y.M.C.A…

They are free and instructors are amazing!

The staff is great to you. The only thing that you can do is fix one of the damaged machines.

I am employed but cannot make it to the afternoon classes. Any chance on moving classes to start at 5:45?

Other than being hard to get into classes sometimes, it’s great! It’s like home for me! I really like the weight classes. The instructors are fun and lively. (Sometimes the music is very loud)

I love the pickle ball people! I’ve made some great friends there.

They get me to the gym to stay moving.

I love the active adult classes. Effie is wonderful. I like the yoga class. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I like the new app. The place always seems very maintained and clean.

Programs and facility geared to everyone of all ages. Equipment is new and well maintained. Excellent staff who are courteous and friendly and always ready and willing to help.

I love the small classes at the Burnt Store Church. I enjoy the equipment and the diversity of people with both members and staff.

I am in an exercise class with Terri. It is a great class.
