Easy to join in and make friends.

I like to schedule my work outs so I have a dance class and a work out class back to back. With the loss of Bay Front for Charley's classes it has been a challenge to get 6 hours in every week. I have explored other classes and like several. I will continue with several of the classes on going. All instructors are great!

Punta Gorda Y needs to expand. The class room is far too small. Please find a venue that accommodates these large classes. I suggest you explore converting the front court into a large class room. You could use a tent like was done after hurricane Charley that was substantial and heated/cooled. Or go ahead and build a class room. My observation is that that court is not used as much as the too small class room up stairs.

Good variety of classes that allow me to plan a complete fitness regimen.

How could you not love this place, the people are absolutely wonderful always willing to help and always thoughtful and considerate. The classes are great. The instructors are very knowledgeable. They offer a variety of classes for every skill level. Place is kept very clean. I love it there.

Joined for weights and the spin classes. Not disappointed at all. Clean, friendly and professional environment and not a meat market gym.

Love the instructors! They provide a friendly fun effective work out. The desk staff are always there and greet you by first name. It is clean and the equipment is well maintained. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere for working out.
