I like the instructors in pump (Rebecca) and the spin people. Where are Heather and Lisa? I have truly enjoyed their classes as their music is from my generation. The front desk people early morning are truly excellent at their jobs. They are kind, helpful and always with a smile.

I don’t really use them

I really enjoy the classes I take - body pump and spin. The instructors are very good especially Rebecca in Punta Gorda. I loved the early morning spin classes but not many others did. The front desk people are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful.

Good equipment

The facility is neat and clean. The staff is professional, time on task and very friendly. The equipment is kept in good condition.

I like the variety of the class offerings. Don't like that I have to reserve a spot, however. It takes the spontaneity away.

Friendly home atmosphere

Good programs, friendly staff, pretty clean. Should have more signs asking people to wipe down equipment after use. Many of the young people do not do that, as well as a few older ones..

I play tennis only and have recommended several people to the Y for tennis.

Love the classes with live instruction! The instructors are so motivating & the music is great to work out to. I wish you had more live Spin classes! I miss Wendy & Mike!
