What do you like about our programs and activities?

I find the classes offered to be what I like the most! However, I would like more classes like step or other low impact aerobics classes to be offered in the morning.

You have evening classes for people that work during the day. Adding a Monday or Wednesday Zumba or Pound class would be great

We love the Sit N Fit classes. We come regularly for the gym and pool.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Pretty much anything you want however canceling classes such as Spin in the off season punishes the year round members who support the Y all year long. Such as getting rid of 9:30 am Spin Classes punishes people who don’t get up at dawn.

Our instructors are the best especially Michele. They care about us and they do a great job on the classes they teach. I have learned a lot from our instructors and happy to be a member of the YMCA.
