I just joined a month ago and come to the facility several times a week. Mostly for individual workouts and to use the pool. Haven’t taken part in group activities.
Good selection of weights and equipment although you could probably use another flat bench or two as they are often taken
Vince is a treasure. He walked me through and gave me a program to strengthen my core. I like it and am following it regularly.

A wide variety of classes and times, clean and organized, great equipment and good instructors. Front desk very helpful. Ni e atmosphere. Live the pool aerobics with Bonnie and the ha jacuzzi afterwards!

Being a Newbie!! I have enjoyed the virtual spin class offered.. people and staff have been friendly and helpful!! I hope to try and expand my physical activity soon!!
