Good choice of yoga classes for fit people but not enough classes for older or physically challenged. (Pls note the very overcrowded chair yoga where class enrollment is always booked out and class so full that a visual of teacher is not possible. ) During "snowbird" season we need two classes a day.
There is a need right now for a class every day and perhaps some class in addition for people who find a slower paced class more therapeutic.
What about a GENTLE tai chi for the less nimble seniors ? This is a very popular class in other YMCAs.
Cardio Splash: need two classes a day in the snow bird season.
A suggestion box on the reception counter top would encourage suggestions.

So far the Pilates with Natalia I hate to miss a day!

A wide assortment of live and virtual workout classes. These classes accommodate all ages and fitness levels. Trainers are also available for individual and small group training. Equipment is well maintained and the facility is kept
Clean.

You should also ask about dislikes and areas of potential improvement! Even for Those who are highly likely to recommend the facilities.

One issue is the enforcement of class sign up procedures and class sizes during season. Classes feel over crowded and people don’t sign up in advance but are still allowed in.

Classes for all, fit or wanting to be fit, aging well and with new challenges. Family and community activities and assistance. The y is a wonderful resource for meeting people and making friends.

I like the gyms layout with cardio machines on the second floor. I also like all the classes that are offered. I like that you have trainers available and I am currently signed up with Tom, no is excellent.

Trainer Christina Taamneh keeps me on my toes. I love the aqua aerobics and the yoga classes.

Easily accessible I use weights and treadmill.

I like the there is a lot of equipment to choose from at the Venice facility.

Great facility, every piece of equipment you could ever want, multiple choices on many machines. pool, sauna, gymnasium, many classes, etc...
Some machines are aging and it seems that repairs can take a long time
