We now use the first floor weight training machines exclusively but when we were younger we took classes (Zumba, Yoga) , used the pool ad sauna, and used the treadmills and bikes on the top floor. We appreciate the friendly staff and cleanliness. We are not thrilled with the small sheets now used to clean the machines. They dry out too fast and cannot be hung on the hooks that can hold larger cloths. When we use two connected cloths, that works better. The foot traffic pattern on the first floor weight machine area could be improved if the reception area were smaller.
Lots of classes to choose from. Lots of equipment. Nice pool.

My favourite are gymnasctics classes. My kids live them very much.
I do not use many programs. I use the gym as you have a particular piece of equipment that I run on

Have to admit I was a health club snob when I first moved to venice and couldn’t imagine a little YMCA would have very much to offer I WAS SO WRONG!!!!

Pool and availability of machines and weights. Locker room needs attention soon. I over hear conversations where the discussion concerns conditions of locker room frequently. This is an issue.
