Love the water classes and in general the variety of classes offered. The instructors are well trained and very safety conscious. Love the location of the facility and that there is ample parking. Love the variety of workout equipment available.

Our instructors are very knowledgeable in providing activities and exercises specific to the Rock Steady program for participants with Parkinson’s. Their ability to provide a variety of activities keeps the class active and interesting to hold the attention of everyone in our class while providing alternatives to exercises specific to the needs of everyone.

diversity of programs and schedules. good instructors, not too expensive. nice facility.

Wide variety of programs. GLAD you added more spin classes. We need more chairs back by the spin room. Maintenance keeps moving them back to the large center room. Spinners that wear bike shoes need to sit down to change their bike shoes back to outside shoes. These are OLD people who could fall trying to do this standing.
Also, EVA could use some more classes. She is an excellent instructor.
The Y is clean. Everyone is friendly.

The equipment is well maintained and Everyone from management to workers are all friendly and helpful to help with anything you may need . You are Always greeted at the front desk coming and going and that is very nice thing in today’s businesses that don’t even notice you. This facility is well maintained and always striving to keep it clean and sanitary. All in all it is Outstanding and we’re lucky to have it in our community.

Jean B is by far the best Pilate instructor. You could film her and play the film when she goes onbvacation! The subs when she’s on vacation don’t come remotely close to her skills.

Multiple programs and disciplines are offered in affition to swimming and weights. Lots of activities to choose.
