I’m a senior so I appreciate all levels of classes.
So many options
Fitness classes
I don’t use them!
Swimming!
Not enough weights for body pump class!
I love the Venice YMCA. All the staff front desk, instructors etc are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.
I enjoy the classes, equipment, and the introductory class to the new equipment.
The trainers are helpful answering questions even when they are not training a participant. The front desk is awesome.
I would like to see more workout group exercise classes (not Zumba type!!).
Jan is a fabulous instructor. She knows hiw to teach to older brains & make exercise a lot of fun. It’s better now that registering fir her class isn’t difficult. Zumba is also a great class
All of the Y staff are friendly & helpful.
I am disappointed though that Silver Sneakers is no longer accepted.
Good job!

Classes and instructors
I use the pool all the time .
Occasionally weights or bike.
The pool has lots of lanes
Love the variety of classes offered.
I love all the group fitness class and that they are offered 7 days a week.
Lots of classes and machines available!
The wide variety of workout classes, excellent instructors.
Variety of group classes, variety of machines, pool, friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. The only recommendation I have is that the first or second floors do not have good space or mats to do preliminary stretching upright or in laying position. I have to get between machinery or in the wood floor gym if it does not have a class in it.
My local YMCA has an area about 12’D x 30’ W
For their stretch area with mars provided.
Just a suggestion.
Love the variety of equipment and cleanliness of the facility.

Lots of machines and they are in good shape.
