Yoga classes for older folks. One of your best class is mat & chair yoga on Friday at 10:15.

I’m 85 & yoga has kept me flexible & healthy all these years. Started taking classes in your old building.So you can see I’ve been around for awhile! My friends can’t believe I am in such good shape!

variety - but wish more options for body pump like the old days when it was held upstairs but to be fair maybe it is hard to get instructors

The variety of group fitness classes and times. The quality of these classes and instructors.
My biggest concern is there should be more signs about clean the machines after use. I see a lot more members not clean the machines after they use them. As a result, I clean before and after use. Also I see machines that have been broken for more than a month.

We just use the gym and pool 3 times a week for the past 12 years and are pleased with the equipment and availability.
I really enjoy the class under Judy Hines.
Only thing "negative" is it's so popular that I can't get a reservation.
Love the teachers. Good classes offered at times which fit my schedule. Good exercise machines. Good vibe in the building.
Please add additional reformer Pilates classes because I love it and am waitlisted week after week in the winter.
