I am disappointed in the maintenance of your bikes in the cycle room. It’s great equipment but needs maintenance on a regular basis.
Love the Y. But you really have to give preference to those members who are here all year round cause the class sizes, even with sign ups, are much too big
Like the Seniors in Motion class and the Balance class on Thursday and Tuesday. Both classes help me with strength and stability.
Great instructors for chair yoga, line dancing, seniors in motion.

Everything……..more equipment, more room, more bathroom, more dressing room ,pool, hot tub, sauna room, .. clean, and safe best place in Venice to get healthy

Classes are great. Upstairs stationary bikes are always available. I like the arm bike too.

I do the Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s
Disease. Excellent program with excellent
teachers! 2 times per week, in the afternoon, perfect for me! Everyone at the Venice Y has been very friendly & helpful. Reasonably priced as I ‘m a snowbird! Easy access coming & going.
Will be back next winter!
The friendliness of the staff and how helpful they are.
I like the free motion class Mondays and Fridays, but with a full class, rarely an empty unit. Need to move the two treadmills and reset units.
I also use free motion strength machines downstairs.
