The sauna/steam room solution from Kyle and leadership are truly appreciated. My husband relies heavily on the hotter sauna for pain and lung injuries from the Gulf war. You guys have truly made a difference for him.

I haven’t taken any classes but you have all the equipment that I like to use.
I don’t utilize any of the classes or programs. I come in and workout, use the sauna and leave. I do enjoy seeing all the people enjoying the classes, racquetball, pool and the overall activity. Staff is always very happy and helpful.
The variety of exercise classes. Please add weight lifting/toning classes on Sunday or Zumba! We need more variety of classes on Sunday!
