There are small size classes and large classes. My husband is immunosupressd, so I stick with the smaller size classes (less germs).

I don’t participate in any of your organ organized activities. I do like the variety of workout equipment both upstairs and downstairs. The staff at the front desk are always polite and helpful. I’ve observed a number of the personal trainers with clients, and they all are professional and courteous.

Love the facility, the classes available and the equipment! Definitely feels comfortable, not intimidating at all and a place to get in the habit of going. Nice to see the same faces most days.

I love water aerobics with Bonnie. I have been taking her classes for almost ten years, 3-5 days a week, and always look forward to going. Bonnie is fun and motivating.

Very nice facility, good equipment and friendly people. The only disappointment I have is that there are people that don’t wipe the equipment down when they’re finished.

I love your group classes! I love step aerobics! Judy Hine is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.
I really wish you’d bring back line dancing. Bonnie was terrific at it and it was such a good mental and physical work out.
