I like the young lady who is the instructor. And also the coordinator who helps from outside of pool redirect the children. The young man with curly hair seems nice but needs more of an authoritative tone with the children. But overall I love the adjustments made since my twins first lesson

Swimming lessons were awesome! The instructor created an atmosphere that my shy son was able break out his shell!! Thank you for that! The class had to end a week early due to pool cleaning but the YMCA gave enough notice in advance. Also there will be a credit on our account. I would recommend any parent to sign up for swim lessons for their kiddo!

I am taking advantage of some of the programs that deal with a lower impact for someone like myself a senior. We have also taken advantage of the swim lessons and the exercise machines for my grandson we both enjoy our time with YMCA.

The swimming instructors are very patient with the pre-schoolers. They allow them the opportunity to make the decision to try the different swimming options. My grandson is very timid and it takes him a little time to assess if the situation is safe. The instructors/coaches have allowed him to make the decision and be comfortable with his choices. He has gone from I can't swim to I CAN DO IT.
