I like the people at the Chickahominy YMCA. I also like the instructors for the swim classes. They know what they are doing.

Friendly staff, convenient scheduling, able to choose a level that's comfortable, expensive, but some scholarships and discounts available.

I enjoy the patience of the swim teachers. My daughter has a new confidence now that she has the basics of swimming. She gets so excited about her weekly swimming lessons. Taking swim lessons at the YMCA is the best decision I’ve made for my daughter.

The program is fine. Scott is super friendly and she pushes you just enough. The lifeguards are attentive and pleasant. I won't rate it a 10 because swimming ends at 755 and the building closes at 8. So to walk out in the dark and to be rushed out is not ok.

My Kids love the themes and the creative and fun arts and crafts everyday. I love the structure and communication. The teachers are all so sweet.

The swimming lessons have been great, great instructors and all of the kids are excited. My only complaint is the locker room isn't big enough especially in the shower area.

My daughter has only taken one lesson so far but she absolutely loves it!! She didn’t want to leave and has already asked 2 times when can she go back
