The couches are very caring and supportive.
The coaches are helpful and are great with the kids. I love that they give us feedback after each class and that we can track their progress on the app. My kids like finding Ollie and receiving a lollipop for a job well done.
Dislikes: the placement of the tv bc the kids watch while trying to have a lesson from the pool and it’s distracting. Also have noticed the turnover of coaches. In one level we had 4 different coaches. It’s hard to progress to the next level when the coaches haven’t seen the skills or know the kids.
It is a friendly atmosphere, convenient, and Ryan and Liam are learning a lot. They are so much more comfortable in the water.
Swim lessons are working. My daughter has grown a lot in her abilities. The instructors are kind with the kids. And I like the glass so I can watch!
One instructor specifically isn't friendly towards students or parents. The instructor was very slow to progress my child. I had already been told by 3 different instructors, because we were doing make up lessons, that my child was ready to advance but they would allow her main instructor to advance her. I told this to the instructor and she still didn't want to progress her. I had never once suggested or even hinted at moving her up a level before this experience. The following makeup lesson, the fill in instructor advanced her.
Chlorine is very strong. The smell stays in my daughter's hair for days. This most recent lesson, my daughter developed a chlorine rash. The instructors don't allow the kids to rinse themselves, which is fine, but they barely splash the kids with water. They truly need rinsed off before leaving the pool area.
Desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. I do feel that my daughter is safe.
30 minute lessons are not truly 30 minutes. That includes transition time, greeting, and end of lesson activity. 30 minutes isn't quite long enough.
Great start for kids to get comfortable swimming. The teachers are excellent and provide guidance for improvement.
We have gone to AquaTots for over two years and have loved the teachers, front desk workers, and managers. The instruction is very detailed and focused on life-long swimming skills. Going year round has kept our little guy comfortable and confident in the water, and he has a blast when he goes. Both sets of grandparents spend a lot of time at lakes, which is why we started at AquaTots when he was a baby. I know that if he happened to slip into a lake, he would have no trouble getting to the dock or steps now.
My grandson loves swim lessons at Aqua Tots. Makala is a very good instructor and she is very patient and professional. I really like all the employees at Aqua Tots East Cobb. It’s a great experience. Thank you.

Our son's skills have progressed so much since starting Aqua Tots. Coach Rocky in particular has been amazing- great feedback for parents and lots of positive reinforcement for our son.

Our 6 year old and 4 year old boys love it and look forward to coming every week! They are so much more comfortable in the water and are improving after every lesson.
We’ve been super happy with the experience. Evangeline loves going to swim and have fun in the water and the teachers have all been great!
My daughter likes going to swim class, feels confident swimming on her own, and loves to swim all summer. We keep up her lessons so she doesn't forget all her skills during fall, winter, and early spring when it is still too cold to swim.
The coaches are great! We have tried two other swim schools before Aqua-Tots where there was a lot of turnover with coaches, and this hindered our son's progress. We've been enrolled at Aqua-Tots for well over a year now and have only had two coaches in that time, which has helped my son build trust and a relationship with his coach. He's made so much progress. We love Coach Saanvi!
