Things geared towards the children… It’s hard to find activities and athletics that teach young children the fundamentals and basic work ethic and life lessons outside of majorly competitive traveling teams. I’m extremely thankful for YMCA and their programs for my children.

Programs for all ages. Most program instructors adapt their class for levels of difficulty for a range of ages and fitness level.
I enjoy just working on my cardium. I have been working at same times as class. Hopefully one day, I would love to try a aerobics class. Thank you

We love the new fitness floor and my daughter loves that she gets to go with us and play in the daycare in the evenings with all of the fantastic ladies!
Just got started last week. Everyone friendly
I'm a senior & when I'm able to come to exercise classes, it helps me a lot. I also like all the different instructors I've had. They are very caring & helpful.
Convenience
Iron Girls Class and the new equipment in the gym.
The facility is clean. The teachers are good. The building is a little too crowded especially on the ball court. I don't particularly care about calling in before class to reserve a spot.

The iron girls class is my favorite. Ron is very knowledgeable and truly wants to see you make progress.
