The quality and maintenance of the facilities are excellent. The number and variety of programs is impressive for such a relatively small community. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Grateful for this program. This is a lifeline for the community especially in the Summer time when the kids are out of school. My kids love going to the GO Club and they enjoy all the activities and friendships with the students and counselors.

every one is friendly, enjoy the machines. People are so friendly, will help you if not sure how to use a machine. classes are fun, great to motivate you to get in shape.

Great instructors. Great staff. All friendly, knowledgeable and kind to my out of shape self. It’s ok. That’s why I am there. And I’ll keep going now that I’m back there.
Great yoga stretch class. Good schedule! And brand new state of the art equipment within the stationary machines.
