Great partners and not just a EMR.
I like that everything is in one place. You can see the appts and medical records along with the billing.
From an RCM perspective the system is pretty efficient and effective. There are some needed enhancements around reconciliation of ACH/EFT payments since the Remit Stations do not Batch post like manual posting does. We spend way too much time trying to reconcile against the bank deposits and adding the deposit dates.
Interaction with customer service via cases (Becky, Desi, Heather and Jacob) are usually very responsive and helpful. There are still major delays with anything that needs engineering review which is frustrating.
We need additional-more detailed release notes around how the actual new settings work and impact workflow including whether the new setting has a default setting that impacts our current workflows. I also don't think that the release notes include EVERY enhancement/change.
Glad to see the company is starting to come back together, there have been alot of changes and change is hard. It seems like there has been some headway of rebuilding a team and rebuilding the relationships with the clients.
All the new Raintree representatives have been working hard to get a better understanding of the industry and the product and they are working on developing their relationships with the clients which was missing for a little while so we are glad that it is making its way back.
Raintree has so much to offer the therapy world as it relates to running their business.
The RT team is outstanding and I view the organization as a partnership, we are striving to improve care within PT and I feel the platform and team are aligned support that goal.
I like the switch to personal attention from the customer success rep as opposed to limited to no interaction in the past. I also like that Raintree is expanding offerings
We have been using Raintree for 5 years now and it has worked well for us as we continue to grow and expand our business year over year.  We are in the process of reviewing all of our current processes within Raintree to make sure we are using it to the fullest potential (optimizing).
We did have issues with service tickets not being resolved timely but that is now much improved since we have had Clarissa Lopez (Client Success Manager) assigned to our account.  Clarissa does a good job of escalating our issues to the right people to get our issues resolved.  We have a recurring meeting with Clarissa each week to discuss any open items and/or improvements, sometimes those meetings are very productive and other times they are very short as there is no open issues to discuss.  Those meetings help to keep us on task.
I like the products. I also have been happy with sarah bootcheck our raintree rep.
High quality of EMR and service
The product continues to evolve and grow in response to changes in the industry. The focus on long-term rehabilitation and pediatrics products is unique among larger ehr systems.
I like that there is always a way to make something easier. A report, shortcut, etc.
The representatives at Raintree are kind and courteous and do what they can to help meet their clients needs.
Fully encompasses scheduling, billing all in one place. Runs reports on anythng you need.

My opinion based on personal work experience with Raintree has been positive. Overall, the system works really well for the type of billing we do ( Child Therapies - OT ST PT and ABA... +) . Any time I have needed help from Raintree support, they have been very accessible, knowledgeable, responsive and quick in updating the areas needing attention based on our needs. I would recommend Raintree to other companies.
Raintree associates are client-focused and work with us on custom needs and steering us toward the best existing configurations. Our CSM Clarissa keeps us informed on upcoming features and helps get our company involved on committees, advisory boards and pilots. Raintree engineering is a great group that helps us with our custom needs. We are really enjoying yellowfin!
