The pool is my favorite. Good number of classes and the space and size are very welcoming, even on days with no scheduled classes. There is a good variety of programming for all tastes and abilities.

Excellent facility, well maintained, clean highly professional, friendly staff. Mike Damico, best trainer I have ever had both in knowledge, talent, safety, positive, professional, happy, accommodating attitude. Same with Kara for Physical Therapy and Michele as the receptionist for PT--all great!
The side entrance is very convenient, especially after I have finished my workout & don't want to walk upstairs and down again.

At times during weekday water aerobics classes there are too many instructors teaching 3 classes. Very hard to hear above all the voices

One stop shopping from nutrition to exercise to PT. Have used all of the services except Salon and the only one that it didn't stick with was the massage. It didn't really help the issue and it has been a few years since I have been there for massage I do get massages elsewhere on a monthly basis and they have been working. I go to the same person all the time. The Pool is the best pool in the North Shore. I only wish that they could keep the temeperatue consistent. It has been pretty good this summer but the winter and spring the water was cold. Jacki and Sarah are great!❤️BAC
