I enjoy the club very much, but it seems that a lot of maintenance is being ignored. There are lockers that are broken in the ladies locker room. Two of the three soap dispensers in the locker room are totally broken. One of those dispensers has been broken for several months. It would be nice to fix what's broken.
The friendly people that work there---David has been very helpful---I'm new to Mass from Ohio---he helped me find my way back to Princeton Ave----wrote directions---and they were perfect!!!
Jill is very eager to help new comers-----also met some great members.

The side entrance is a dream come true! -- after hiking up and down stairs at my previous club and for 2 -3 years at the BAC.

Nicholas Derosa is the best! Ladies do know how hard it is to find the right hairdresser, right? So, he is the one, do not any further. Nick is very attentive, listens to your wishes/desires/needs and fulfills/achieves them.

I started with swimming lessons for my boys back at the beginning of summer. We did a 4 week session. When I went to sign them up for another 4 week session, there was an issue with putting it through online. I had reached out to someone who helped me previously, and little did I know he no longer worked there. When I was told the class was now full, I was upset because it hadn't been full when I was having the issue online. Kelly O'Connor was amazing! She took the brunt of my frustration, and it was 100% not her fault (I'm sorry Kelly!). She invited us to come in for a few semi-private lessons to make up for it. We have been so pleased with Kaitlyn, our swimming instructor, that we just signed up for 12 more weeks of semi private lessons with her. Kaitlyn has been wonderful! Thank you to both Kelly and Kaitlyn, and the friendly staff at BAC!
