The instructors
Its location, parking, and 24-hour schedule. My only suggestion/wish is that a sauna be added! (But I know that's probably not do-able during unstaffed hours for safety reasons.)
All in ome location
I work at the Cummings Center and I love that I can work out and take a shower before work. Staff and other clients are very friendly. Staff was very helpful and quick when I needed billing information so I could submit it to may insurance for my yearly insurance discount. There is always plenty of equipment available to use.
The Express location is open 24 hours.
It is clean and well kept (usually).
There is adequate space for several people to work out at the same time.
The benches and machines are in good working order (usually.)
Small so you are treated well. I like the basketball court and weight room. The people are also very friendly. Added bonus that you make protein shakes :)
