The machines et are getting old and worn out seats vinyl at pins etc...
The handicapped shower needs a less dangerous seat, a real wall hung seat

Helpfull staff and 24/7 access
The BAC staff are friendly and supportive. Brandon Laveck is an outstanding trainer. He is dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. Brandon is supportive and encourages you to challenge yourself and believe in yourself. Thank you Brandon and thank you BAC.

Love the classes, always enough machines, friendly and love the women’s workout room. Everything is very clean too!
I work out at the at Cummings Center location before I go to work and it is always an inviting clean place. The woman who cleans the locker room is friendly and does a great job

No wait for equipment
The equipment, your staff, all very helpful & professional, but this constantly gets ignored,
I have mentioned it to the front counter and these email surveys, but nothing gets done, and
it should be a simple fix. NOW THAT THE COLD WEATHER IS HERE - ANY REASON WHY THE MEN'S LOCKER ROOM CANNOT HAVE 2 HAIRDRYERS????? Ridiculous
