Comprehensive resources, excellent pool (best on North Shore), love the bike machines, clean lockers. Very happy to see no shaving in the steammelroom!!
Excellent instructors but problems with babies, carriages and baby carriers in the women's locker room
Also using the vanity as a changing table. There were 4 babies being changed on it last week.
Please do a orientation at the beginning of each baby class . If emails were sent out with instructions no one read them

Most of my friends are Seniors and the sometimes bad weather [includes heat] and all the stairs are hard for us.
Carrying gym bags while using a cane is not easy.
Ground floor entrance is a total necessity.
I love the classes especially Barre and the women's weight room!
Wide variety of machines
I love that the gym is 24/7 and that it is always clean. The equipment is set up very well and anything I need in order to complete my workouts is there. Staff are always nice and welcoming and the gym is never overpacked when I go. All around great facility.

The service is good my only complaint is that the men's and steam room could be cleaner. In the showers the drains are often partialy blocked with hair and soap scum. In the steam room it frequently smells and the benches feel unclean. Overall I feel everyone does a good job.

The variety of programs offered and the awesome instructors. Ladies room needs maintenance though. Would not use same contractor. Already had an updgrade and soap dispensers broken and faucets and toilet wobbly.

I like that it's relaxing and not crowded. We hired a trainer for my son for a few weeks, and it was a very positive experience for him.
